- What do I need to do to become a client of Prime Crypto Trading ?

First step is to fill KYC form (Know Your Client) and we will proceed to provide formal contract for service required and procedures to start your trading account. Contact Us to get started.

- Who Manages the investment portfolio ?

The investment portfolio is managed by our team of financial specialists with strong command in finance that allows for effective analysis of the market and financial situation. The Company employs experts on the full-time basis who have been working on the stock exchange market for more than 5 years on average. Our financial team also includes specialists who are experts in evaluating new private businesses called start-ups which have most chances to grow into large-scale and highly profitable enterprises.

- How Secure are my assets ?

For security on the exchange itself, only a predetermined fraction of asets will be available in an online wallet, while the remainder remains in cold storage. Excess amounts of cryptocurrency will be automatically moved to ther respective cold wallets as an exhaustive security measure. Each cryptocurency on the exchange will have its own online and cold wallets. Cold wallets are always maintained outside of the system both physically protected and divided between multiple geographical locations as a distributed security network.

- How soon will my deposit be added to my account?

Your account will be updated as soon as you deposit. For Bitcoin deposits, you should send actual amount to shown Bitcoin wallet, because Bitcoin network is not instant so your deposit time can take from 15 minutes to 30 minutes. If you deposit using US dollars, we will provide bank wire instructions to the escrow account in charge of the negotiation. After bank wire is received, in 24 hours or less your Prime Crypto Trading portfolio will be funded.

- How can I withdraw my profit and how much time does it take?

To withdraw your profits, withdrawals are processed automatically the 1st day of the month. If you want to withdraw funds in actual bitcoins, it takes 24 hours or less to be processed. If you wish your withdrawal in US dollars, it can take up to 3 days for your bank account to be credited. You also have the option to re-invest your montly profits and increase your capital.

- Are there any limits for an investment account ?

There are no limits. For large transactions, in order to have more security, we do transactions of 5 bitcoins at a time.

- What is crypto trading bots ?

Automatic trading bots can automatically execute trades on the exchange – and with new features added to these programs all the time, they are continually becoming more sophisticated.

- What is the risk for my investment?

There is no risk of losing the invested money. Our company has a stabilization fund in place to protect Our clients from known trading risks.

- Can I withdraw my profits every month ?

Yes. Profits are processed automatically every month.

- When can I withdraw my Total Fund?

You can withdraw your Total Fund after the end of contract of 90 / 180 or 365 days. After the end of contract, complete withdrawal of capital and last 30 days profits will be processed immediately and your Wallet will be funded. If you want the withdrawal in US dollars, it can take up to 30 days for your bank account to be credited.

- Is there any fee for regular withdrawals?

We don't have any fees. You will receive exactly the same amount we indicate of profits and at the end of contract full amount of capital invested in the portfolio management contract.

- Can I stop my investment at any time and get my funds back?

Yes. You can stop your investment plan anytime at current market rates. If it is prior to fulfilling contract terms, a 5% to 10% comission charge may apply.

- Prime Crypto Trading offers a referral program ?

Yes, Every time you introduce or recommend us to one of your clients, we are aware that your reputation is at stake. It is for this reason that we value the principles of integrity, honesty and professionalism.

- Can I earn referral commissions ?

Yes, direct referral earns 3% commission on initial deposit (Initial portfolio funding) and additional 1% monthly on referral portfolio profits.
